Anopportunity is arising out of the financial crisis, according to business people: the chance to make graduates want to become engineers rather than bankers.
A skills shortage has arisen in manufacturing companies in many European countries such as Germany, the UK and Switzerland. But the crisis gives the chance for companies and governments to try to rebalance their economies.
